Here is our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), a list of questions and answers providing information about how the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) works at HROffice Recruitment.

  • How do I move a candidate to a different vacancy

    You cannot move the candidate, but you can copy them to another job opening within your organization. Go to the candidate's profile, click on actions, and select the option "copy to vacancy".

  • I suddenly can't find my vacancy, how is this possible?

    Check the top right to see if you have selected "Active" or "Archive" status. Alternatively, there might still be a filter applied. Click the cross in the top right corner to clear all filters.

  • My colleague has a vacancy that I cannot access, how is this possible?

    You are probably not added to the team of this vacancy. Ask the colleague who created the vacancy to add you to the team

  • How can I make my vacancy stand out more and attract more candidates?

    Try promoting your vacancy online on one of the many job boards, or opt for a social media campaign. In the Campaigns module you can create your own customized package.

  • I received a link to create an account, but it was only valid for 48 hours. What should I do?

    You can request a new link, here's how you can do that.

  • I forgot my password.

    Of course it's possible to reset your password. Here is how the process works.

  • I want to add a user but get an error message.

    Every user needs a unique email address, it is possible that the email address is already reigstered in the ATS. Read about what you can do here

  • What is an SPF Record?

    To prevent emails sent though HROffice from ending up in the spam folder of your candidates and/or colleagues, HROffice advises adjusting or adding our SPF and DKIM records to your DNS records. Here's how you can do that
