Talentpools (Store potential candidates in your database for future use).
Communication Center (Incoming email traffic is also recorded in the candidate dossier. If you have Office 365, you can synchronize your Outlook with HROffice).
Entities (Gain better overview of a specific department, which you can later view in reports generated by Recruitment Analytics).
Recruitment Analytics (ATS & career site statistics in handy reports).
Agency Portal (Allow recruitment agencies to assist with your hiring by providing them access to an online portal).
