The company profile can be edited by the Super Admin and Administrator (unless set otherwise). In the company profile, you fill in all general information. This information does not correspond to the information on your careers website; that is managed via the CMS or Mini Job Portal.
On this page, you can update the following information:
Company details
Company logo
Directions (Only used with the interview module)
Company location (via Google Maps)
Company mailing & invoice details
You can also indicate here whether the HROffice support department may access your account. It is advisable to allow this feature, as it enables faster service when contacting our support team.
Set Default Templates
Additionally, through the company profile, you can set default templates for various purposes such as a standard team template, workflow template, application form, confirmation email and questionnaire. This helps maintain consistency, speeds up your processes, and strengthens your employer brand.
