Mini Job Portal

A Mini Job Portal is included if you are going to start using HROffice.

Are you using the Mini Job Portal as a landing page or intranet? On this page you will find an explanation of the various settings and how you can personalize the page to the look & feel of your company.
You can make all adjustments to the Mini Job Portal via 'Settings' > Career Site' > 'Configuration'. Then click on the pencil of the correct channel to change the settings.

If your web builder is going to make a connection with HROffice, API documentation is required. You can find all the information about the connection on https://api.hroffice.nl.

Click on 'Career site' at the top left to view your current Mini Job Portal.

You can adjust the following elements:

  • Logo
    Upload your logo with a maximum height of 100 pixels here

  • Social media afbeelding
    The social media image is the image you see when you want to share a vacancy on social media. You can share a vacancy by going to the publication channels in the vacancy and clicking on the social media icon of your choice. This will immediately open a screen where you can format the message with the chosen social media image.

  • Fav icon

    A fav icon is an icon that indicates a specific website in a tab of the browser or the search results page of a search engine. This is a small square icon of 16x16 pixels..

  • Afbeelding header

    Add the photo here that you would like to use as a header on your Mini Job Portal. Make sure you use a landscape image. The maximum size of the image is 3840x2160 pixels.

    Not every photo is suitable as a header. This has to do with the Mini Job Portal header that falls over your photo and the text you can place over the image. Therefor It is best to choose a generic pattern or photo where the most important parts are in the middle of the photo. You can also choose not to use header text.

  • Color header banner

    Instead of an image, use a header in a certain color or place a colored filter over your image. You can also adjust the transparency of the color here.

  • Text Color
    Adjust the color of your header text and header subtext.

  • Header text
    Choose a powerful title here to welcome candidates.

  • Header Subtext
    Optionally enter a short subtext here.

  • Map Title
    Give the map a title here, for example 'Our location'

  • Map Text

    For example, enter your address here.

  • Welcome text
    Enter the title of your introductory text here.

  • About Us
    Place an introduction/welcome text of your company here.

  • SEO
    Enter as much information as possible here to ensure that your page is easily found in Google. More information about SEO can be found here <LINK>.

  • Website URL
    Enter the URL of your corporate website here.

  • Privacy URL

    Enter the link here that goes to the privacy statement on your corporate website.

  • Social URL’s

    Enter the social channels that your company uses here. If you do not enter the URLs, the social icons will not be visible on the website.

  • Locatie 1

    Do you want to show a map on your page? Enter the address details of your company here.

Custom Functions

Do you have a lot of vacancies? Then you can make it easier for your candidates by letting them filter on certain job categories. You do this as follows:

  • Add the custom functions under Settings > Modules > Custom Functions.

  • Click on Create and enter the function here, click on Save.

  • Added everything? Then open your vacancy and click on Edit.

  • Select the correct job category in the dropdown ‘Custom Functions’ and click on Save.

  • Your job category will now automatically appear on your Mini Job Portal.

Don't forget to enter this for all your vacancies, so that they appear under the correct job category on your Mini Job Portal.
