Questionnaires

To ensure that you request the same information for all your job openings, you can create questionnaires. These questionnaires can then be added to a job posting with a single click or saved as a standard template to your company profile, enabling automatic inclusion for every new job vacancy.

You can assign specific requirements to your questionnaire. Based on these criteria, you can make an initial selection of candidates. For example, if having a particular driver's license is a mandatory requirement for the position.

Using the sliders, you can determine whether a question must be answered before the application can be submitted.

When you receive applications, you will be able to view the responses to the questions in the candidate profile, along with the scores (if configured), in the overview of all your candidates.

Under the 'Questionnaire' button, you can view the exact responses provided by the candidate.
