Users

Updated this week

New users for HROffice can be created here, provided there are available user slots. HROffice comes with two user accounts by default.

Would you like to add extra users? Please contact your account manager at HROffice.

When creating a user, you must fill in at least all required fields, such as name and email address. You will also need to choose the user's entity and role. Optionally, you can set up the user's signature and whether they should receive email notifications. The user can later update these details themselves.

In the overview, there is a pencil icon that allows you to modify the settings of the respective user. The envelope icon will send an email to the user with instructions to change or create their HROffice password. NOTE: This link is valid for 48 hours. The trash can icon will delete a user.

2FA stands for two-factor authentication. Here, you can check whether users have set up two-factor authentication. Read more about two-factor authentication here.

Adding users to a team or entity

You can add users at different levels. For example, you can add the HR employee at the head office, and the team leader of the store in Amsterdam at her own level. This way, the HR employee can view information in Amsterdam, but the team leader will only see her own store when logged into HROffice.

When adding new users, you must specify the entity and role. If you are using the organizational structure module, select the relevant entity here. If a user works for all entities, select the main entity.

When creating a vacancy, you can add various users to the vacancy team. These users will then be able to view the vacancy and the candidates who have applied for it.
