If you want to ensure that the right people are logging into your ATS, enable Two-Factor Authentication. With this feature, an additional security code will be required during login, alongside the password. To use this feature, each employee needs a mobile phone or tablet with an authentication app installed and activated (Google Authenticator or other similar apps are acceptable). Since you are working with personal data in HROffice, it is highly recommended to use this feature.
Want to enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Go to Settings > Account > Two-Factor Authentication.
Check the box to activate the feature and click Save.
Scan the QR code using the Google Authenticator app to add this page to the app.
When you log in, first enter your password and click Log in.
Next, you’ll be asked to enter a code. Open the Google Authenticator app, enter the code shown, and click Log in. You’ll then gain access to the ATS.
Note: The code generated by Google Authenticator is temporary. If it doesn’t work, wait for the next code and try again.
Under Users, you can see who has Two-Factor Authentication enabled, listed under 2FA.
