In HROffice, we work with different types of users by assigning roles and rights. You can set up roles and rights to match your organization’s preferences and way of working by going to Settings > Roles and Rights.
You can use five standard roles that we’ve set up in advance, or create your own roles. When you create a new role and select a template, you can see exactly which rights are included. You can add or remove access as needed. Rights can be assigned for vacancies, candidates, talent pools, and settings management.
In the overview, you can see how many colleagues are assigned to each role. By clicking the number of users, you’ll go directly to the page where you can view, edit, add, or remove users.
The different roles:
Super Admin / Administrator
The Super Admin and Administrator can view, edit, delete, and publish all vacancies and candidates. The only difference is that the Administrator can only do this when they have been added to the team.
Reviewer
You can add an unlimited number of reviewers in HROffice. These are people within your organization who help decide whether to hire a candidate. The reviewer receives a request from HROffice to give feedback on a candidate based on the information and notes provided. They then give a star rating and a written review.
User
The user performs actions for candidates in the system and can edit or delete candidate information. Users do not have access to vacancies.
Recruiter
The recruiter can create, edit, and delete vacancies, and set up campaigns. A person with the recruiter role does not have access to candidates.
As an organization, you can use these roles, but you can also define your own. In the top right corner of your screen, you can create new roles. Here, you’ll also find templates that clearly show which rights are assigned to existing roles.
You assign users to roles in HROffice. Read more about users here.
