In the feedback module, you can view the candidates you still need to provide feedback for in an organized manner. If you select "feedback" from the menu, you'll be taken to the feedback overview.
Here you will find different options:
| Search Search by candidate name |
| This overview shows all candidates who are still in the application process. It is possible that a candidate who has already been assessed reappears in this overview. This happens when you are asked to assess this person again. |
| Completed This overview shows all the candidates you have reviewed. Please note: this does not mean that these candidates have already been hired or rejected. The completed feedback can be used by interviewers to find the candidate's data when they are going to conduct an interview with this person. |
| Sort Sort the candidates by application date in ascending or descending order. The date shown is the date on which the request for feedback was sent. |

Feedback Tile
In the feedback tile, you can quickly see the candidate's details and status. At the top, you will find:
The candidate's name
The title of the job the candidate applied for
The entity where the job was posted
The date the feedback request was sent
Any documents the candidate has attached (document icon)
When you click on the tile, you enter the detail view with a menu on the left side. Here you can see:
Brief details about the candidate
Documents (CV/cover letter/photos/etc.) from the candidate
Answers given on a possible questionnaire
Your own assessment
Colleagues' feedback
Any notes
An overview of the information about the vacancy the candidate responded to.
Asking a colleague for feedback
Do you want your colleague’s opinion on a candidate?
First, you need to add your colleague as a user under 'Settings' > 'Users'. Add the colleague as a candidate reviewer. Don’t forget to click on the envelope icon next to your colleague’s name so they can activate their account.
Then follow these steps:
Search for the candidate in the candidate overview.
Click on ‘Actions’ in the candidate card and select ‘Request feedback’. You can also get here by clicking on ‘Feedback’ in the candidate profile.
Select your colleague from the user list and send the invitation.
From the role of the reviewer
Have you been invited to provide feedback on a candidate?
Then follow these steps:
Click on the link in the email you received and log in.
You will now be directed to the feedback module.
Read through the candidate’s details and click on "My Feedback" to assign a score, provide supporting text, and give your judgment: dislike or like
.
If you click the link in your email again, you can always return to your feedback to view or adjust it under completed feedback. Or log in via portal.hroffice.eu with your email address and the password you created.
Forgot your password?
Go to the homepage (portal.hroffice.eu), enter the email address where you received the invitation, and click on 'Forgot password'.
