Your organization uses HROffice to manage vacancies and candidates. As a candidate reviewer, you will also work with this system to review candidates. Reviews can be performed quickly and efficiently and will take place in a secure (GDPR-proof) environment. This manual shows what you can expect as an reviewer and how the feedback module works.
The process in short
You will receive an email with a request for an evaluation.
After logging into HROffice, you will be taken directly to the candidate's profile.
ou evaluate the candidate by giving a rating, comment, and your judgment (like or dislike).
You check if there are any other candidates to review.
Once you have evaluated all the candidates, you log out.
Detailed explanation of the process:
Step 1: You receive an email with a feedback request
Here is an example:
Click on the blue hyperlink in the first paragraph to go to HROffice and log in.
Before a colleague can send you a review request, they must create an account for you. You will receive a separate email to create a password. If you already have an account but have forgotten the password, click on ‘forgot password’ on the login page in the portal.
Step 2: After logging in
After logging into HROffice, you will be directed to the candidate profile of the person for whom the feedback has been requested.
Here, you will find all the information the candidate provided in the application form, possibly supplemented by information from colleagues.
In the menu on the left, you will find other available data about the candidate, including documents and possibly the answers to the questionnaire and reviews from colleagues.

Step 3: You review the candidate
You can rate each candidate with a number from 1 to 10 stars. You can substantiate this rating by commenting on the CV, motivation or other documents.
Finally, you give a final assessment 'Like' or 'Dislike'.
Please note: This is just an advice that you will feed back to your colleague. No message will be sent to the candidate. This action is separate from the assessment.
Step 4: You check whether there are more candidates to be reviewed
Via the 'Dashboard' button on the top left you can go to the rest of the candidates, pending and completed. If there are any pending candidates you can also give feedback of these.

Here you will find different options:

| This overview shows all candidates who are still in the application process. It is possible that a candidate who has already been assessed reappears in this overview. This happens when you are asked to assess this person again. |
| Completed This overview shows all the candidates you have reviewed. Please note: this does not mean that these candidates have already been hired or rejected. The completed feedback can be used by interviewers to find the candidate's data when they are going to conduct an interview with this person. |
| Sort Sort the candidates by application date in ascending or descending order. The date shown is the date on which the request for feedback was sent. |

Step 5: Find candidate data
All your reviewed candidates can be found in the overview of completed candidates. When you are going to conduct an interview, you can find the candidate's data here and view it digitally.
Through the notes or your previous review, you can provide feedback to the vacancy handler.
Step 6: Once you have reviewed all the candidates, log out.
Click on your name at the bottom left and select the 'log out' option, or close the tab.
