On the evening of Wednesday, June 18, 2025, HROffice Recruitment will be updated with new features and improvements. Have you recently shared feedback or suggested enhancements for HROffice? Read on to find out whether your input has been included in this release.
This newsletter provides a brief overview of the most important updates:
Revamped Dashboard
The dashboard has been redesigned to be more user-friendly. Usage statistics showed that the dashboard was rarely used as a starting point. We’ve addressed this by introducing a clear widget overview, including explanations for each widget’s data and how to best utilize them.
You can access the widget library by clicking the widget button next to the "new" button. Here, you’ll find descriptions and can activate widgets for your dashboard.
Additional Widget Changes and Enhancements:
Key KPI widgets are now fixed in the top row; all other widgets remain movable.
The “Candidates per Status” widget now displays individual status counts in addition to groups.
The feedback request and general feedback status widgets have been merged into a single widget.
The “My Tasks” and “Delegated Tasks” widgets have been combined into one consolidated view.
Missing a widget? Share your ideas via our suggestion box.
AI-Powered Job Description Generator and Optimizer
HROffice introduces two new features to help you create or improve job descriptions with ease. When creating or editing a vacancy, you’ll now see two buttons: “Generate Text” and “Optimize Text.”
Both use AI to quickly generate a complete, professional job description based on the information you provide. Simply click “Create” to insert the generated content into the description field for further editing if needed.
Reviewer Chat and Notes
Based on customer requests, a new reviewer setting has been added. Previously, you could choose whether reviewers could view notes on a candidate. Now, you can also choose whether reviewers can add notes themselves and start chats.
Updated Salary Field for Indeed Integration
To meet Indeed’s requirements for "Apply with Indeed" and "Indeed JobSync" functionality, the salary field format has been updated.
For existing vacancies with salary information, the original value will still be displayed as text. Once the new format is saved, the previous data will no longer be visible.
Dynamic Fields in Emails to Colleagues
When sending emails to colleagues via workflow, dynamic fields for first name and last name are now available—allowing for personalized, professional communication.
"Clear All Filters" Only When Active
Previously, the option to clear all filters was always visible. Going forward, it will only appear when active filters are in use.
