Here is how to create a vacancy text template

Updated this week

Vacancy texts

If you frequently post similar vacancies or use a consistent structure, creating a vacancy text template can be highly efficient. You can easily add this template to a new or existing vacancy by selecting the Vacancy Templates option and choosing the appropriate template.

If you haven't yet saved any templates under Vacancies, the button mentioned above will not be visible when creating a new or editing an existing vacancy.

Using templates ensures that all users follow the same structure and headings when drafting vacancies.

In the Creating and Publishing Vacancies guide, we explain that HROffice offers three different ways to format vacancies—using a vacancy template is one of them.

When creating a template, you’ll be asked to specify its name and the language(s) in which it should be available. You can then format the text accordingly.

Note: It is important to format the headings in your vacancies using the correct and consistent ‘Heading’ style under the Format button. This ensures that all vacancies on your website have a uniform appearance.
